I think it really depends on where you want to work. Hospice centers and LTC are always looking for CNAs.
A hospital job might be a little more difficult to find in a smaller city but if you're in Phoenix it might be easier. If you're in Chandler, Mesa, Tempe - somewhere like that - it might be good to try the hospice or LTC.
If you google CNA jobs I'm sure a ton will come up.
Good luck!
my mom worked at a private 8 bed LTC facility. She made good $ and the place was literally a mansion. Family Care Home, head quarters in on Gilbert. The lady that owns the homes had 4-5 private homes several years ago.
My mom made good money, not the best benefits.. She was happiest there tho. She also worked at hospitals and liked the Ortho floor (as a RN) in Mesa.. I think it was Banner Baywood? She liked the head Ortho doctor and was happy there as well..

Are there any places in the Phoenix metro area that you think are a great place to start working as a new CNA grad?
Thanks!
