I have been looking for a job and no one has job openings for just a CNA. All the positions are CNA-ALF, CNA-SNF, OR CNA-ALF-SCALF. What does all this mean? Which do I choose?

Are you sure those letters after CNA are part of the job title? ALF typically stands for assisted living facility, SNF for skilled nursing facility. Are these jobs at a facility that offers multiple levels of care? Those letters may actually stand for which part of the facility the job is in. However, your best bet is to call HR and ask.
Your probably correct Rose_Queen , so what does the scalf mean?
Not sure, but a google search returned "specialty care assisted living facility". How To identify SCALF (Specialty Care) Assisted Living in Alabama
