CNA job hunt help! ^.^

Hello everyone! A little about myself I am 19 years old and I will be taking my BNA training soon (very excited) and I am already thinking about where I would like to work. I've been doing a lot of research for the right place. I am as well a very open minded person, anywhere would be great. As long as I learn and gain experience and make a difference in people's lives I will be satisfied with life hehe. So lets get to the point here, I've seen a lot of posts about people having a hard time getting hired as a CNA because they do not have experience? If so does any one have any tips or suggestions on how to get hired as a CNA? Does HR in hospitals/nursing homes check their online applications? Do I have to call or if I go to the desired place I would like to work, who should I ask for to hand in my resume?

Just any tips or advice to increase my chances in getting hired ^.^
