I have been a CNA for five years in a sub acute mental health hospital setting and having a hard time finding a high paying CNA registry because they require one year acute care experience which i do not have. Do you suggest I get my CHHA? I heard they pay higher. I would like to make at least $15-18/hr per diem I'm open and flexible for any job environment (prison, hospice, etc) as long as it pays higher than min wage. Thanks BTW im based in so cal
