Ok, I know this is after the holidays, BUT, we ordered our scrubs early in the fall of '08. We then had to wait for 3 months until we got them. When I tried them on, they are a different fit than what we tried on. (I know what you're all thinking - I am basically the same weight, all my other clothes fit the same). The scrubs seem like they are bigger in the tops and smaller in the bottoms than the samples they brought for us to try on. Has anyone experienced this? I can put up with the fit, the next size up would be like swimming, but it is frustrating to spend so much on them and have them different than what you paid for. Even the 2 pants are different in fit from each other. Sorry to vent, but they are ugly enough to begin with (white). Do they stretch a bit after wearing? They are 65% poly, 35% cotton. Thanks. We are starting clinicals in 2 weeks.

If possible, I would mail back the scrub pants and get my money back. I say if possible, because most schools do not care if you buy the pants from the scrub store they suggest, as long as they are white. I know you might have to buy a patch to put on your pants, so do that if you have to. But at least you will be trying pants on and buying ones you know fits. And most of the time, white scrubs are cheaper elsewhere.

We had no option to chose our items and ours came wrong as well. I ended up buying an additional top in a different size (but same exact item #). I also ordered another top from that same company for work, and it was waaay too large. I am just going to keep it because it took 2 months to get this order in, and 2 months to get the first order through our school.
My advice? order a set through a different retailer, make sure that you get the same exact brand/style and then send your stuff back or sell it to a classmate if you can. Unless your items are monogrammed but if thats the case I would talk to your instructor (or whoever set up the sale) because they have a lot more weight to throw around with the merchant to get it fixed for you.

I know that sucks! My school only requires us to purchorifice a blue collard cotton shirt, we can purchase our bottoms as long as they are kaki colored. Hope you are able to send them back. Good Luck!

Our school require a certain set of scrubs, and they absolutely had to come from a specific store (which was quite conveniently on the other side of the country.) When I got my scrubs they were an awful fit and they took so long to arrive I didn't have time to switch them out.
So I contacted some students who had just graduated and asked if I could buy their scrubs. They were more than happy to just get rid of them and I ended up getting two full sets free!
