Clinical Rotation Logbook?

Hi all.

I went to nursing school in Japan and am applying for my RN license in California. I've sent my materials to the BON but they've sent me a letter asking for a clincial rotation logbook from my school.

I don't know what this is and pretty sure we didn't have this in Japan. Any ideas on what I should do or what to substitute it with? Thanks!

It sounds like they want a log of all your clinical rotations locations, units, dates, times, and number of hours/day/rotation probably signed by the school/clinical instructors.
