My school has certain clinical hour requirements in order for us to graduate their program. But what I'm interested to know, does the PA state board require a certain amount of clinical hours? And the school can require to just meet that amount and then can choose to add more than what is required?
How do I go about finding this information out? I've been all over several different web site trying to find this information and I'm stumped.
Thanks!

I'm not sure how they do it. We, in the BSN program, get less clinical hours than those in the ADN program.

Why not ask the PA Board of Nursing? Because if anyone knows what the PA BON would require, it'd be them
Seriously, drop them an e-mail and ask. I've written my BON several times about various things and have always gotten a prompt and cordial response. There's nothing to be afraid of.
