Clinical ladder

Would anyone be able to provide a copy of what their hospital uses for clinical ladder criteria? I’ve done the ladder at my hospital for the past 9 years and it’s very antiquated. I’ve asked if we can revamp it but I am met with resistance- perhaps because they don’t know what else to do or because I’ve insulted those who created it by saying it needs to be updated. 
I work at a small critical access hospital for that is more the program I am looking for - I did search online but am finding details for larger institutions.
