I am trying to decide whether to take Clinical Healthcare Ethics online or in person in the Fall. Can someone give me advice on which one would be better?

I personally would prefer in class lectures for my core courses. However, I am currently taking an ethics course online as it is an elective for my program. It is actually not that bad. I am enjoying the way the instructor is teaching the course. With online courses their is flexibility along with independence. If you decide to take the online course make sure you remain focus because their is no supervision. As long as you complete the assignments within the designated time frame, you will do just fine.

It depends what kind of learner you are. Are you self motivated and ok with less structure? If so, online might be a good idea. IMO online classes are more difficult because you need to be a more independent learner and you need to motivate yourself a lot more. There is a lot of self teaching. I would pick online though because of the freedom. But, again, it depends if you are a good online learner or not.
