Clinic to acute care...???

Hi everyone!! I am not sure if you have heard but us new grads are having a hard time finding a job in acute care. I just have a question for all you experienced nurses out there. I was offered a position in a clinic as an infusion nurse. I am a new grad wth no experience. If I took the job, would I have a hard time getting a job in acute care later on. I really wanted to start in a hospital. I am still applying to the hospitals in my area but no phone calls yet, just a bunch of rejection letters...anyone have insight for me?? I would really appreciate it!!
