Cleveland Clinic PCE

I have been offered a PCNA position at CC main. Has anyone taken the physical capabilities exam with Cleveland clinic? I am a smallish woman who is not super strong but I feel as though I can lift 50lbs. I know the job requires you to be able to lift patients but I also know others help you when needed for patient safety. Do many people fail the PCE and lose the job offer if they aren't exactly super strong? Thank you!

How did it go? Were you able to pass the strength test on the first try? I am also a small woman applying for a PCNA position at the Cleveland Clinic and I am super worried about the strength test.

I am applying to be a PCNA and I failed my first time and I just took my retest last Tuesday 5/25 and apparently as of like 5/25 or 5/26 they no longer require the PCE at the Cleveland Clinic. So no worries now!
