I am current Cleveland Clinic RN in Ohio looking to tranfer to CC Florida. Currently making 26/hr. Does anyone know if there is a pay difference in Florida or will I be making the same? Thanks!

It should say in your contract.

I don't know where "CC Florida" is, or how much experience you have, but new hire RN's near Tampa make about 24/hr to start on days, with night and weekend diff's on top. In Hillsborough County though (Tampa) all of the hospitals want BSN or you to agree to be in a program. In other counties outside Tampa though, RN's and even LPN's can get in some hospitals.

I have heard from a CCF Florida employee that they pay the least in that area. I didn't hear any specific numbers. I don't know how true that is. You might want to ask HR.

I don't know where CC Florida is but depending on your experience, $26/hr is an average pay around north west area with 10 years of experience.
