Clayton State University Spring 2018 Cohort

Hello All,

I am applying for Clayton States Nursing Program for Spring 2018. I just took the Kaplan on the 6th and wanted to see who else is applying with me this semester! I made a 76 on the Kaplan and I have a 3.52 GPA. For anyone else who wants to join this forum on our journey to Nursing School this semester you're more than welcomed !!! Add your stats too !

@SydfutureRN hey my name is Sydney too lol! When it comes to Patho. just be sure to manage your time wisely while studying for tests, and try to remember the physiology of the body systems. That way it's easier to understand how and why people get sick when theyre suffering from an infection or disease. Good luck with everything !

@chelsea119 Hey and thanks for the encouragement! I received the interview via email. I think yesterday was the first day that the SON actually sent out emails in reference to scheduling interviews, so try to stay positive and patient.

has anyone else gotten an interview? When is the last day for interviews? I still haven't gotten one or a letter I'm starting to get discouraged is the last day tomorrow for interviews?

@ naenae I was given the option of interviewing next Monday or Thursday, so I think they may go throughout next week. Also, don't get discouraged yet, I know of someone who is super qualified and she hasn't gotten an email yet. There's definitely still time. Hopefully everyone will get good news tomorrow!

I feel the same way naenae, I'm still waiting to get an email!! Hopefully today will be our day, I just want to know either way!!

Hey Naenae, I just called and spoke with the nursing department and she said someone had been sick this week and give it until Tuesday to get an email/phone call. Good luck, but she said we will be notified either way.
