If a school requirements are no online classes for Anatomy & Physiology. If the school transcript does not say online then how will they know if you took the course online?
Has anyone experience this when applying to a nursing program with the same issue, if so can you give me some feed back
Thanks

Let me start out with the obvious - if the nursing program admission policy is no online prereq course are accepted, it's a bad idea to attempt to take these courses "hoping" they don't discover that you did. This is a major test of your integrity.
That being said.... if the school as a requirement of A&P 101 and the transcript you submit has A&P 101 will they ever know or find out that you took it online? There are a few things to watch for:
*** If the transcript is from a school that only offers courses online - well that's obvious.
*** If you have taken all your prerreqs at another school and submit a transcript that only has A&P 101 then they may question as to why you only took 1 course and even call the registrar at that institution to verify that it was a campus course and not an online course.
*** Some institutions do place symbols next to online courses such as asterisks so you would need to very that the transcript would not be submitted with something such as A&P 101*
*** If you live in one state and took the course from an institution in another state 6 hours away then it will be questioned.
But if you take the course online at "down the street" community college near where you live, they offer sections of A&P 101 both on campus and online, the submitted transcript lists only A&P 101, and they don't call to verify == you may get away with it.
