Clark county, Las Vegas school nursing

Does anyone work in Clark county (Las Vegas, NV) schools? I'm interested in knowing about the environment in the schools for nurses. If so, would you please private message me. I'm a school nurse now but am considering LV for the heat (love hot weather), tax benefits, recreation, and entertainment (more concerts, etc). From what I gathered on the school district website the payscale also is better for RNs than where I currently work. I am happy in my current school job, but in the last 10 years pay has only been increased 4% for teachers/nurses. Even now in the booming economy our district is constantly threatening cuts/decreases. While I pay little attention to that stuff in general, I know if our district can't manage a budget in prosperous times, then it will get much worse the next time our economy takes a turn.
