CJW, HCA advice

Hi,

I've been applying for new grad positions since August. First I just applied to MCV, because that's where I go to school and I'm already familiar with the hospital. I've interview twice, got turned down from one and haven't heard from the other (about two months now since I interviewed, I'm just assuming that I didn't get it). All together I've applied to about 10 floors at MCV.

Ok, so I decided to venture out and apply to other hospitals in Richmond, CJW and Bon Secours. I just got two offers from CJW. One at Chippenham on the PCU and one at JW on the IMCU. CJW is a HCA hospital. I've asked to shadow on both floors before I make a decision.

Basically I'm saying all of this to ask what you know, like, don't like, have heard about CJW. How different is a private hospital from an academic teaching one?
