City of Hope New Grad Ambulatory Care Nov 2019

Published

Hi everyone! I wanted to start a thread for City of Hope November 2019 new grad program. I have an interview coming up in September. There isn’t much information about this hospital. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for the interview or if anyone else has an interview coming up.

Congrats! Are you experience or New grad? Did they call you or email? I applied but I haven’t received any call. Do you happen to know who called you?

Both. I received an email on 8/26 to complete a few questions regarding why I am interested in City of Hope. Then a phone call around a week later to schedule an interview with the recruiter (LeVell). I can’t remember who called but she was helping out LeVell by scheduling.

Iactually received an offer for another hospital and I will no longer attend the interview at City of Hope. From the scheduler, the recruiter seems to be interviewing all month. Hopefully you’ll receive an email. Good luck to you!

Hi! I just found this forum thread. I just had an interview with the nurse manager for Day Hospital. Let me know if you've interviewed there or any other units!

do you have it with the Day Hospital? It went well, it was mostly behavioral questions and seeing how you would fit with the culture of the floor ?

hi morgepperson!

I believe they are different parts of the outpatient ? But good luck with your interview! They were a bit unclear with me about when I can hear back but I hope it won't be too long.

Did you talk to Levell during your first interview by any chance?

Good luck to you as well! I hope you hear back soon!

Yes, I had my first interview with Levell then she called me back to set up an interview with the manager and the educator.

Does the City of Hope new grad program accept BSNs only or do they also accept ADNs?
