Circulating Nurse After Surgery

Hi everyone, 

I work as a circling nurse in a hospital operating room. We do a variety of specialties - pretty much a little of everything accept cardiac/vascular, trauma, and pediatrics. I’m getting a breast augmentation this Winter, and my surgeon advised to take a week off and then maintain a 10lb lifting restriction for a month. 
 

Have any of you worked in an OR after breast augmentation? Was is possible to keep your restrictions? Or any advice for keeping those restrictions? I’m not even sure if moving a Neptune is acceptable with a 10lb lift limit.
