CIR bill

I would be grateful of anyone who knows about the CIR bill could answer a question for me. Someone told me today that of the bill is enforced all Doctors, Nurses and Physiotherapists would be lifted from EB3 and their PD whatever it is would become current. Dose anybody know anything about this bill and if this is likely? Thanks in advance. Jane

    Thanks for replying. I've been mooching around a few immigration sites tonight and nobody else seems optomistic of the Immigration reform getting through congress anytime soon so I think this person is just wishful thinking. It threw me into a bit of a panic as I was counting on at least a three year wait and have embarked on Nurse Practitioner training and really want to complete this first.
