CHOP Nurse Extern 2020

Hi, I just got accepted as well! I live 45 minutes away from CHOP. I'm debating if I want to find a place to live in Philly or just do the 45-minute commute! I was wondering what other people are doing and if most people live in Philly or are commuting a decent amount away!

I was super sad when they called to cancel the externship this Summer. What are other ppl doing this Summer instead of the externship?

I was SO upset! Specially since I already signed and paid a lease for an apartment up there. I also turned down an externship in DC for this which is still happening ?

Luckily, the hospital I Tech at is allowing me to extern in their ER this Summer. What about you?

I'm trying to be a tech this Summer too:/ I was furloughed at my other nurse assistant job by home, so I was so upset when they canceled it.
