Hello! I am torn between ICU, ED, and L&D. I want to be constantly moving and busy at the same time I want to take care of high acuity patients and utilize my skills I learned in school. Experienced nurses, what is your recommendation?

I have not worked in any of those three, but L&D does not have high acuity patients. Most are fairly healthy and the only reason they are in the hospital is to have a baby. ER has high acuity patients, but they also have very low acuity patients. ICU would be the place for consistent high acuity patients.
