i have been offered two jobs at the same time. One is at a military installation as an LPN working with troops in a clinic from six in the morning till 3 o'clock in the afternoon Monday through Friday as a federal employee. The other would be at a research group as a patient screener with the potential of becoming a clinical research Cordinator in 6 to 12 months, hours 8-5. The pay is about the same on both jobs both are daytime hours both are Monday through Friday, both offer benefits and are full time.

I would take the job as a federal employee.
Federal employees are guaranteed a pension after a certain number of years of service, whereas those of us in the private sector are forced to save our money (or else).
