Hello Everyone,
Is there anyone out there who can give me first hand knowledge of what the program is like and how difficult it is to work, manage a busy family, and successfully get through the CHOICE Program at Regis?
I have a college and graduate degree, but have not worked in 17 years. I began work on my nursing prerequisites a year ago. I have made straight A's, and I have a very strong academic background from college and graduate school. I hope to pursue a BSN through the CHOICE program at Regis University in Denver, Colorado, as I think this will provide the flexibility I need to also meet my responsibilities to my family.
I am taking these next few weeks to evaluate whether the CHOICE program is a realistic goal for me so I can determine if I will continue with my prerequisites. I have attended an Information meeting at Regis, so I understand the general requirements of the program. I am doing some serious soul searching and cost benefit analysis to determine if I can make this work. This will help me decide if I should continue with my prerequisites next semester. I sincerely appreciate feedback from anyone who is in the CHOICE program.

Welcome to allnurses!
Thank you! Although I just recently became an official member, I have enjoyed reading about a lot of different topics this past year on allnurses- from applying to nursing school, trying to get that first job, daily experience of nurses (good and bad), to specialization in different fields of nursing. Really a helpful and informative forum!
