Starting a thread for those of us who applied to CHOC's new grad program for their February 2026 cohort. Goodluck to everyone that applied! 

Has anyone that received a screening call gotten one for an interview yet?

I received my rejection email as well 😪 Holding on to hope on ever getting a job dwindles by the day, but I try my best to remain optimistic. Good luck to everyone 💙

In my interview they shared that HR would likely call today. So anxious just staring at my phone!

congrats! if I may ask, what type of experience/volunteer/etc did you have on your resume to be accepted for an interview? I was unfortunately denied 😕

I have 2 years of peds experience just hoping to transition into PICU. It's sooo difficult to get make progress especially in socal. It's brutal but good luck 😍
