Anyone know when the CHOC August 2013 residency app opens? Online is says it will open in april for the august cohort. I've tried calling HR but haven't gotten through yet. Just making sure I haven't missed it yet! Thanks.

never mind, I found the posting. Its not listed in the current opening, but if you search for rn residency it comes up.

Hi everyone! I just applied yesterday and I just received an email stating that my application has been selected to continue in the selection process. Just wondering if everyone got this email shortly after applying.

I applied yesterday and just received that same email this afternoon as well. I was wondering the same thing! Does everyone get that email and get their app forwarded to the hiring managers?

Hey everyone! I applied the NICU as well, and got the email. I have a friend who applied last week and is still waiting on the email, so it may not go to everyone? Good luck!

I got an email immediately after submitting it that it will be carefully reviewed. Is that the email you are talking about?

No mine said "Congratulations! We wanted to let you know that you have been selected to continue in the candidate review process for CHOC Children’s RN Residency/Fellowship Programs. The next step is a review by the hiring Manager based upon the information provided in your application and resume. After this occurs, they will make selections for their Unit and will be scheduling interviews between April and May. "
