CHM 1020 vs 1025c ...

I took the CHM 1020 and got an "A" in it. It was fairly easy and it is not frowned upon, as I am in my 3rd term of FCCJ's program. The only drawback is if you want to get your BSN, you have to go an take CHM 1032 before you can apply for a program. I did that this term hybrid and only had to go on Fridays, and really did not go these past few weeks and got a "B" (it is a 12 week course).

I went ahead and signed up for my sociology and chm 1020 courses for the summer -- both online! Yay! That'll make the pregnant life a little more pleasant this summer :) Now I've just got to conquer the NAT test this fall, Micro in the spring and my app for the nursing program by February =)

I'm taking chm 1020 online this summer as well. My teacher is Mr. D. If we have the same teacher, it'd be nice to have a study buddy! I'm also taking A&P 1 this summer as well. Fall semester I'm taking Micro and A&P 2, hope I don't kill myself. If things go the way I hope, I'll be applying for school the same time as you. Congrats on your new baby. I have 5 kids and it is a joy having them. I work in the L&D at Baptist Nassau. Love my job, but can't wait to become a nurse so I can do more.

There's only one student in the class with the initials RC, so if you're Rosalyn ... I'm Aimee! lol!

Five kids you say?? I only have one sibling and it's the same story with my husband, so he wants #2 to be the last one for us - I'm meeting him half way ... I'll stop, for now, until I get a solid career going ... and then in a couple of years I'll bug him again, haha. Or maybe I'll change my mind ... who knows, lol.

Labor and Delivery is where I hope to go with my nursing as well!

Yep, I'm Rosalyn!! It's nice to meet you. I was checking the course out at work (using their printer:lol2:), and I can already tell I'm going to be lost. I'll be up plenty nights trying to figure this stuff out.

I love working in L&D!!! The best thing is seeing a new life come into the world. I'm hoping that the experience I gain now will help me land a job as a new grad. Plus having given birth 5 times helps a little too.

I'm taking A&P 1 already this semester, class starts tonight in a few hours. It's at the Nassau Campus, but next semester I'll probably go to North. It's hard since DH works 3rd shift at a Prison (FSP), so I'm the only parent when it comes to after school activities and getting the kids ready for bed at night. Luckily my oldest is 15 so she helps a whole lot!
