Hi! Does anyone have any insight on when the application period is for CHLA's New RN November 2022 Cohort? All I see on their page is "The November cohort will begin on Nov. 14, 2022". Guessing I'll just have to check back frequently.
I had my virtual interview this morning. It was good they asked about 10-12 questions and it lasted about 30 minutes. There were 3 team members on the panel, including the manager. Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. I was def nervous but the questions weren't too difficult! So, best wishes and good luck everyone!

I don’t know if any were necessarily hard but for my second interview I got a lot of “tell me about a time you” type questions. For example a time I second guessed myself, made a mistake, had trouble communicating. For sure would say have some clinical stories or experiences that can apply to these type of questions. Good luck!

My interview was with eight panelists for exactly an hour. I don't remember how many questions they asked, but they were mostly behavioral and 2 situational. Everyone was so nice that I'm even antsier for it to be sept 12 already. ?

Thank you so much for your response!
Does anybody know if we'll know before the 12th? and if it's the 12th do they mean all will be sent out that day, or starting the 12th?

Are you in person? We didn't require anything for the online 2nd interview. Maybe just a piece of paper to write notes if you had questions to ask?

I had my interview on Monday, it was split into 2 parts (about 20 min. each). Half of the interview was with night shift nurses who have all been working there for several years and the other half was with the unit manager. They were all very kind and informative, made me feel pretty comfortable overall.
