It depends on the unit, but I know it's 3-4 for the unit I applied to

I just got a call from BMT!

FYI, from my call, night differential is ~$6 more and weekend differential is $3 more. Base pay is $39 plus time and a half after the first 8 hours! Waiting on the email that will lay it all out.

I just called HR and they said offers are still going out through next Tuesday.
