Children's Hospital in DC

Does anyone have information about working in the NICU at Children's Nat'l Medical Center in DC? Trying to find out a little about their nursing reputation before I talk further with a recruiter. Thanks!

im not sure about the nicu other than it's busy as hell, but from nurses who have worked in the picu...turn around and walk away. thats why they are paying so much because they are desperate and no one wants to work there. your license seems to be in jeopardy...the staff nurses (picu anyway) put travelers with trach/gtube patients and triple assign.

WOW! That seems so silly because whoever made that unsafe assignment would also be at risk of reprimand with his/her license.
