Im confused about the digital interview too can someone explain what that is??

Sounds like everyone is from all over! I'm from St. Louis. My application still says "submitted" on the website.

About interviews or about our applications being routed? I would have thought we would have at least heard by now if our apps had been routed but I haven't heard anything, have you?

I got a call on Dec 17th inviting me to interview on Jan 12th. I am out of state and they informed me that I would have to fly in for it. I may have gotten a call earlier because I have to arrange flights? I don't know what the digital interview is but the very first communication I got was the phone call asking for the interview, nothing else changed on my online status.

The timeline on the website says we should hear starting December 19th about interviews. I am also out of state and have not heard anything yet.

Hi ladies (and gents in case I missed someone)! Joining in on this a bit late, but wanted to see how things are going with everyone as interviews are happening next week? Does anyone have any additional information? From my understanding different departments are doing their interviews on different days. I believe NICU is interviewing on the 12th!

I'm interviewing for Nicu Monday! But that's all the information I have unfortunately. Are you interviewing Monday as well?

Yeah I am intervening for NICU I just found out. My top 3 pics were NICU, ED, and medical surgical.

Good luck! I know they've changed the process a bit so I am curious to see what the 1.5-2 hr process will look like. Hah!
