I know this is an old forum but I am applying for the CC track for February 2023. I wanted to see if anyone is currently in the PICU/NICU and wanted to see how you like it and any tips for the interviews ?

Hi! Are you able to tell me if there are raises throughout the residency? Or how does it work? I got offered a position but didn't go into the pay details over the phone aside from the starting rate
