I just started working in the ER and have been thoroughly enjoying some of the "chief complaints" that I have been reading. One I remember from the other day is a female with UTI symptoms that states: "I have a lot of pressure down there when I go. It's like my pee hole is going to fall out".
This isn't the best, but it's one I can remember off hand. Anyone else have some good ones to share?

I always find it funny when someone presents to the ER at 2 am on a Saturday with "headache x 6 months" or "foot pain x 2 years"....
