Are there specific travel agencies that have more contracts with hospitals in Chicago and offer more jobs? I am specifically looking for ICU jobs.

Chicago is kind of weird with a vibrant local agency per diem scene and most travel jobs will be with local agencies versus national agencies. Here are a few names of local agencies who used to offer travel style contracts (versus block booking):

Acumen Medical Staffing, AMR ProNurse, Healthcare Personnel Inc., NovaStaff Healthcare Services, MedStaff Alternatives, Professional Nursing Inc., Sedona Medical Staffing.
