Chest and arm pain/ er doesn't know

I went to the er Monday because I was having chest pains they did an ekg and chest c ray everything was normal even my b/p was "super normal" according to the er physician. Every since I woke up from my nap yesterday which was 8 ish I've been having chest pains/heart burn and overnight like right now I'm experiencing both Chet pains/heart burn and my left shoulder burns I've been to the er twice about this and they don't know what's causing it. They think it's acid reflux because they say it seems like you're having a heart attack but you're not. What kind doctor do I speak to this about because I feel if I go the er their going to think I'm crazy and continue to not know what's going on.
