I'm working on my pre-requisites right now and could use a little advice. I'll have Anatomy & Physiology done after this semester. So, next up are Chemistry and Microbiology.
Which is better to take first? Is it okay to take them together, since the Chemistry course is just the intro level (not Organic, thankfully) or does that seem like a bad idea?
I've tried asking other students and professors at my school, but they weren't much help.

I took chemistry first and then microbiology. But i think it is possible to do it in the same semester. It would require a lot of studying and dedication. I took anatomy and chemistry together and the physiology and microbiology. I did just fine but i studied pretty intensely. Good luck

This topic has been covered a few times but as has previously been stated: It really depends on what your timeline goals are and what type of student you are. Many of us took multiple sciences the same semester along with other courses and did fine. Now, if you're a parent and have a full time job, probably not advisable. I'm a parent and did Chem/Anatomy/Nutrition/Psych one semester and Physio/Micro/Critical Thinking/Statistics the next semester. Only you know what you can take on. That being said, if you're not sure you can get an A in both classes during the same semester, it may be best to space them apart. Best of luck to you!
