Chemeketa roll call????

Did everyone get registered in time? It looks like a few didn't register in time so some of the alternates might get a spot after all. Keeping my fingers crossed for the alternates.

Any first-year students on the forum ?

Any second-year students want to share some advice for those of us just starting out?

I'm alternate 9 and I went into the office 2 weeks ago and the lady told me that they were at number 7 on the alternate list. :)

Hi fellow Chemeketa nursing school students,

Well I hate to shatter any hopes but I am one of the three or so people who are yet to register, but that is because I am not allowed to until I get all of my immunization information turned in. I was alternate #2 so they are holding my spot while I get all of my requirements met.

Maybe the other two people who haven't registered have other reasons for not doing so yet, and if that is the case maybe there will be one or two more spots offered to alternates.

I am looking forward to getting started. Although it has been nice that I can get all of my kids started in their new school year before I have to venture into my own new schedule as well.

Hope to hear from any others out there that are awaiting the Sept. 29th start.

I'm so glad they are holding your spot NicoleInHisWill so you can get your immunization paperwork sorted out/turned in.

I've got a couple kids who just started school too and boy am I glad that they started before I did, what caos would that be, lol.

I am alternate #6 and just got ok'd to register on friday. I too had to wait until all my immunization records were current before I could do anything. But finally got it done and am now registered and ready to go. See everyone at orientation!
