Hi everyone!I would just like to ask your insights regarding CHEERS training program for BLS per se.
Will it be worth it to undergo their BLS training? In that case, I would be spending fourfold
the usual amount for the training for 1 day only (half-day to be exact). It will really save my
time but I am thinking twice if it's really worth it, especially now that I am in need of
refurbishing my skills and knowledge (hello, stock knowledge!!!) that has long been idle.
Thank you for your future responses, RNs! :)
When we were in college we undergo CHEERS for their BLS and infection control I think. Yes they are fine same as others like what we attended in Vicente Sotto :)
we had trainings here but just to tell you just go get your BLS in other institution like red cross because their certificates for your BLS are not accepted in many institution plus their fees are way overpriced. two cents
Hi! Yes, I'm quite concern whether the training I would be getting from them will be credited by the hospitals here in Manila. I am not so sure, but I was told by a colleague that there are hospitals that accept AHA BLS while others mandate you to have the local BLS from Red Cross. I am not very knowledgeable of the different requirements every hospital implements.
If you don't mind, what are the institutions that do and don't recognize the certificate from these international training centers?
That will be of great help! Thank you so much... :)
