yeah the diploma was what i was thinking of mainly due to the bursary does the bursary have to be paid back or is that a grant form government ?
yeah i had read they have to entries early in year and sept but as its oct and nothing about applying has been done did not think i could get on the early one next year.
Also how long is the application process take and also i was wondering if your not at school or college who can be referees as i assume someone has to give a reference do they??
advice is appreciated.
Also where is it best to do the course ant recomendations for me?

Was this meant to be part of a your earlier thread?
But here a few bits of information
Application times depends on which university you apply to, some have a waiting list... other s you might get on staright away.
At, 23 yrs you won't get a mature students bursary you have to be 26 years old.
If you do the diploma, you get a non means tested bursary, which you don't have to pay back, If you do the degree you get a smaller amount of bursary, because it is means tested, and to (suposedly) make up the difference you can get a student loan, but only the min. rate. This has to be paid back, but only when you are in full time employment.
As well as voluntering some unis like it if you do the access course, which is a local colege course that can help prepare you for your studies, and If you do have to wait a while for a place, having an certificate and volunteer hours under your belt helps
Hope this helps a bit.
