Checking status for NCLEX-RN Eligibility in Saipan

Hi all! I've been having problems checking status for my eligibility in Saipan. I called +16706644810 which is supposedly the Commonwealth board of nursing. 99.5% of the time its a voice recording...and after the blah blah blah, they just cut you off. Anyone with better ideas on how to check eligibility? I sent my application last July 2nd. Thanks all!

Sincerely yours,

Jen

Oh dear,

We are on the same boat! I called CBNE too million times, also a voice recording and then they cut you off. It's very frustrating. Have you heard from them yet? Hopefully, by now, you got your ATT or even passed the NCLEX..Keep me posted about the Saipan thing. Thanks.

hello.. we have applied for the nclex in saipan i think last dec 2007.. until now we have not received any correspondence from them. i have sent them mail and fax. i also tried calling them. lucky for the two of you, you got through their voice mail unlike me i reached a dead line. any way, i lost hope in waiting for my eligibility because rumors say that they are understaffed and backed up with previous application. though other states are also understaffed and backlogged but still they can facilitate the processing of the nclex application. so, i have decided that i will apply to another state for my nclex.. hoping for a faster response... i will not think anymore about the money that i have spent already with cbone but all i want is for my brother to take the exam.

Saipan BON is not computerized and they do nothing with computers. They process everything by hand and you do not even have proof that they ever received the documentation from you as well.

There is no other way to verify anything from them and why they are never recommended for licensure. In the past, they were one of the only locales where you could actually write the NCLEX since they are a US territory, but since testing had opened up in other areas, there is no reason to go thru them unless you are actually going to attempt to work there and that still requires a visa to be able to do that as well.

It it has been this many months, it is safe to assume that it was lost in the first place and they never received it. And if you submitted a bank drafe for payment, suggest that you follow up and see if it was ever cashed by them, and if not, then apply for a refund.
