Can anyone tell me the online schools you have found to have the lowest tuition rate for out-of-state students? I am looking to take Nutrition & Pharmacology. Neither of these courses are required for my present ADN program, but I want to get a headstart on my BSN.
There are so many online options right now, I;m getting overwhelmed trying to decide where to go.
Thank in advance for any guidance,

but probably the cheapest online courses you will find will be through community colleges and universities that are instate or local to you. I am not sure your exact location, but you maybe able to find a school that you will be able to qualify for instate tuition with that offers courses in online format. More and more brick and mortor schools are adding online versions of popular courses.
Just a thought

cheri us right. Your local school will be the cheapest.
If your school does not offer the classes you need here is some info that may help.
Dallas County offers Pharmacology at 96$ /credit hour out-of-state on line
Edukan is 117$ per crhr.
Colorado online Iowa online and North Dakota online all have decent tuitition rates.
Thank you, Sunnyjohn.
Our local CC does not offer Pharmacology online, so these will be great options for me to look into. Thank you both for taking the time to post :)
