Chattahoochee Tech 2013

Thought it would be a good time to start a new thread for all of us that are applying to Chattahoochee Tech for fall 2013! I would love to see what you received on the TEAS and your GPA. I plan on taking the TEAS V in August and currently have a 4.0 in my sciences and a 3.8 overall (I think). Does anyone know how many people usually apply and how many get accepted?

Thanks for the encouragement guys. I am the one who checks test scores, emails, etc., non-stop, a bit OCD if you will. Again, I believe everything happens for a reason and in its season. Congrats to all the applicants that make it thru. Do your best, enjoy every minute of it, and become the best nurses that you can be! God speed for info.

I'm sure you'll be fine!!!! I only made a 74 :-/ so I'm ecstatic to have an interview!! I know I can nail it once I get in there but I'm going to be a nervous wreck until it is over. Keep me posted!!

That makes me feel better katherinelutitia. My GPA is 3.8 (I think, all A's and one B in my pre-reqs, whatever that is) and my Teas score is 88.7, with ten years experience as a CA that they may or may not choose to count. Still incredibly nerveracking.

I was told by an advisor that they added ten spots, so it may be up to 50 now, I hope....

Wow, wonder how many interviews they are conducting. I've only applied at CTC, is anyone waiting on a different school's acceptance?

I made a 78 on the TEAS so all if you in the 80's will get interviews too. I applied to GA Highlands and West GA Tech as well. Should know about those by the end if the month. CTC is right in my backyard practically. Just worried about their accreditation. Everyone says they will get it but dang, it is taking a long time. - Kris

I'm in Cartersville so driving to Austell for classes is going to be about an hour drive for me. I really don't care though. So ready to get started!!!

I have a friend who made a 92 on the TEAS and his interview is Thursday at 2:00. I guess they are going on all week. This is going to be nerve wracking!!

The only other person I know from my classes that applied has an interview next Tuesday at 215. She is hoping to get into Highlands though. I told her she had to at least go to the interview since hers is before mine so she can tell me what to expect!

I got the email! I am Thursday and like everyone else, have no idea what to expect. Excited about the next step!! Congrats and I am sure more are to come. Would love to have some idea about the interview though....
