Chattahoochee tech 2018 fall admissions

Published

Hi everyone. I wanted to create a forum if anyone was interested are sharing their stories or worries about applying for chattahoochee techs ASN program in 2018. I didn't know if anyone knew how many applicants they accepted? And how many typically apply? I'm going this week to talk to and advisor! My only worry is having a B in A&P 1&2.

anyone else have any concerns or advice?

It was tough having no idea what to expect! Luckily, I was able to pull off a 95. Especially since it's basically a quarter of our points.

95 is amazing!!!! You freaking killed it!

Great job JoJo!! We all should be supper proud to get to this point!! Come on USPS bring us our letters!!!!

Where are you guys on getting all your shot records, etc together? I went ahead and renewed my BLS and had a new PPD test. Hopefully they're happy with the format of all my records and just accept them.

I have everything easily accessible to give them upon request. My employer requires an up to date BLS and yearly PPD so I didn't have to worry about getting those done and I think I am up to date on vaccinations needed because of employer recommendation too. I will just have to call my PCP for an updated shot record :).

My employer requires all of that, so I'll be ready to hand those in when needed. :) way to go on the 95!!!

I recorded my application session and just listened back to it and they did say in mine that letters would be sent out 2nd-3rd week of June! But I've heard so many people say 1st week of July it makes me unsure. I'm at a 358 for points after critical thinking but I'm still Super nervous. Really hoping they stick with the 2nd-3rd week of June for the letters!

do you recall what they said about the price for the whole program?

I think somewhere around 7-8k for the program is what they said in my session

7000. I need to start looking into loans I just don't even know where to start :/. I am setting up an appt with a financial adviser soon.

I heard $7k, too.

Man, I'll have to buy some business casual clothes. I'm pretty much a jeans a t-shirt gal.

And are you guys planning on working during the program? Reading previous threads, the schedule sounds pretty erratic; you have to be flexible.

I need to buy some business casual clothes too! I pretty much live in yoga pants and tank tops lol my job is really flexible so if I get the opportunity I'm going to pick up some shifts
