Charleston, SC pay?

We might be moving to Charleston next spring via Navy orders and I will be graduating with my BSN in December. I'm curious what the beginning pay is like there. I am looking to work at MUSC-Childrens or Trident NICU. And do you know what the shifts are at each hospital (8s or 12s)?

I've seen offers for travelers from MUSC. The pay is rather low ($20/hr). I don't know how that compares to staff pay. They do offer 12 hour shifts.
