Hey, I'm making this for anyone currently applying to Charity for the Fall 2020 semester. I just submitted all my paperwork and the only thing I got was an empty automatic reply. Is this just me or did anyone else get this too?
Does anyone know if we have to send a copy of our clinical application, fingerprint authorization form, and digital copies to the board through email? Or is it just the authorization form and digital copies?
No ,, we have to still give our fingerprints to Charity and they give it to the board. After you submit your application to the board get the pdf copy and send it to Mrs Lisa in that email she sent out on Monday
