I'm starting in the fall, too. I can't wait. I went to advising this week. There is so much to do and get done before August. Will you be in the day division or evening division?

dear hopeful rn, i will be attending the day division. are you from around the st. bernard area? i also went for advising this week. do you have any idea what clinical section you will be enrolling in?i was told by friends of mine what instructors to stay away from in clinicals.if you want any info on who teaches the clinical sections let me know, i have all of that info.

Hi guys -- I will be starting in Aug as well. I just went to advising today, and Im already freaking out. Hello -- Parking?! It does seem like we have a lot to do, but Im excited. Im from the Northsore and today was my frist trip to that area, and boy did I get lost! :chuckle

I Was Also Toally Lost! I Was 10 Minutes Late For Advising Because I Couldnt Find A Place To Park. My Advisor Just Laughed, She Was Really Nice.will You Be Doing Your Clinicals In Covington? I Will Try To Get Mine At Charity. I Will Be Trying To Get Into Section 309,310,313or 314. I Have Heard Good Things About Those Instructors. I Have Also Heard Great Things About The Instructor At Meadowcrest But I Do Not Want To Travel That Far. I Sure Hope I Make It Through. I Have A Lot Of Friends Who Have Finished And They Spent Their Whole Lives Studying. Hope I Can Do It!

I am going to try to do my clinicals in Covington, although I have not heard good things about that teacher. I am trying to avoid traveling as much as I possibly can. I managed to get metered parking right outside the school, but I dont know how often that will happen!

I Have Heard Great Things About Mrs. St. Romaine,the Clinical Instructor In Covington!!!i Heard She Was The Best Instructor There.i Dont Blame You Not Wanting To Travel. I Heard The Instructor At East Jeff Was Also Good But It Would Take Me Too Long To Get There In Traffic.

Am I the only one who gets freaked out about the location of the school? Im not originally from Louisiana, nor do I go on the southshore often, so it was a little much for me to handle. The parking! The environment! Please tell me Im not alone here -- any advice would be welcomed!

(ps- I know nothing about parking meters!)
