Has anyone who applied for Fall 2010 heard any news yet? The wait is horrible!

I'm right there with you, still waiting! I'm *hoping* we'll have letters by next week.
I leave to go out of town on 12/18 so I am really hoping to hear before I leave. Fingers crossed!

For those waiting on admittance to the Fall 2010 class, the letters should start arriving today.

Got 2nd denial letter for charity this was my second time applying. I have 3.2 gpa 74 on teas and i am done with my pre reqs still don't understand why i can't get in but people who are not even in a&p 2 yet are accepted very frustrated. I am moving onto the radiology tech program that i should have started to begin with instead of spending time with this. Guess i have to get straight "a's to get in. Good luck to those who were accepted.
I know this is a strange request, but could anyone who received their letter please tell me what it looked like? Is it in a Delgado envelope, or a Charity School of Nursing envelope? I ask because a letter came from Delgado with a clear address window (like a bill?), and my parents accidently threw it away before I could open it. So now I have no idea what it was.
The acceptance letter I received came in a large (8 1/2 X 11?) envelope. It does not have the clear address window, but had a printed address label stuck on it. The return address is "Delgado Charity School of Nursing." At the same time as the acceptance packet arrived, I also received an envelope like you described but it was my student loan paperwork.

I got my letter in today (12-16-09)!
Now the journey begins! This is going to be a long wait until August!
i have heard of them making mistakes when scoring the test, and i have also heard that you need at least 50 points. I'm not sure if this can help you, but I would score myself and see if I can up with 50 or more points and if you did I would go to the school and ask then to rescore you.
I received my denial letter this weekend. When I submitted my statement of intent to apply for the following letter I received an email suggesting I get advised. I called and asked if I could know how close/far from being accepted I was. The lady told me I was on what they call the "pull up list" meaning that I could actually get in for fall 2010 because they expect that a certain portion of those accepted will not actually attend. Has anyone else heard of this or been on the "pull up list" themselves? If so did you get in?
