Changing from Victoza to Bydureon

Does anyone have experience changing pts from Victoza to Bydureon? I have a few pts who have done very well with Victoza, but Express Scripts will no longer cover it, and the pts prefer 90-day supply...the insurance will cover Byetta and Bydureon, and I'm looking more into the Bydureon as the once a week injection would be preferable to the twice a day injection.....

Has anyone changed from Victoza to Bydureon? I figured I would taper off the Victoza maybe over a week and then go ahead and start the Bydureon, but not totally sure...

Do you have a byderon (sp) drug rep? The last time I talked to one they did have a method, but I can't remember what it was. I do know the blood sugars were a little higher at the beginning of the switch.
