Change of Plans

So, I currently just finished all my pre's for the ADN program and was suppose to apply by the 31st.I took the TEAs three days before apps were due and got a 71%,which is 4 points away from the required score for the program.I decided that since I didn't get the score I would apply to the LPN program.I talked to an adviser who told me that I should go ahead and apply and see if I get accepted. She also threw some details in; stating that the RN program had received over 300 apps so far(wow...,)and that not many had applied to the LPN,so that I may have a chance at getting in.This is so NOT what I wanted to do but am guessing that it would help rather than hurt. They told me that they would take my anatomy, but now I have to take intro to health care which I didn't plan to take at all. Just wanted some views on going this route.Did anyone ever go through this same situation? What are the chances of getting in considering the fact I'm missing a prerequisite?
