Hi everyone! My name is promise and I'm new to this site. I'm wondering if anyone of u here could help me in my query about my NBI clearance. I've had submitted my NBI clearance to my employer with my maiden name on it and now, I'm wondering if during the consular interview, I have to update my name on my NBI clearance (due to change of status) with my married name which my passport carries too.
Is anyone of you here have experienced being asked by a consular officer asking for an updated nbi clearance with your married name on it?
I'm currently residing in Thailand, and I'm thinking of authorizing a relative to renew it but if, the consul will ask for an nbi clearance with my current married name on it, I may have to go to the Philippines to apply personally for it. or anyone of u have any idea? thank you very much in advance!
