Chamberlain University vs Nightingale College

Published

Hey guys!

So interested in the programs that Nightingale College and Chamberlain have to offer. I am very skeptical due to the mixed reviews on both schools. Currently in PA and saw that Nightingale has SOFE sights over here which would be great (I know that it's not promised to be put in that exact rotation). Chamberlain on the other hand has no clinical sites in the state of PA and I'm not sure if they have in New Jersey either although they have a campus in New Brunswick. Can anyone please let me know their experience and whatever research you have on both schools, whatever you recommend??

Thank you in advance!

Did you start the program

@chris I didn't, I ended up going to a school through a hospital locally.

Thank you. I will definitely look into that . Is this for BSN

It's a diploma program but you can do BSN simultaneously or after you're done you can do Penn state or any online BSN program. You can be nurse without BSN, depends what route you want to go on. I figured chamberlain is expensive as it is and will prob be even more if you travel out to diff states..

nightingale probably same thing since you have to travel for like 2-3 weeks at the end to do full on clinical because they only have SOFE sites

Thanks very much for your prompt response. Roxborough memorial is good from what I have seen so far . Are you on an accelerated with Roxborough? . I am a mum of 4 and I have an associate degree in science for health profession from Delaware county community college. The reason I was weighing into chamberlain and Nightingale was because I want to get my BSN while balancing work and family .
